General practitioners in the UK often prescribe salicylic acid for the treatment of warts. With our genital warts and HPV treatment we went one step further. We took a well known natural anti-viral oil containing high levels of salicylic acid and used scientific principles to flood the oil with oxygen. As you may have already read, viruses (including the viruses which cause genital warts, anal warts, herpes and cold sores) cannot survive in a highly oxygenated state as they are an anaerobic organism.
Not only do we use oxygen to kill the virus, we also added Birch (Betula, various species). Birch oil has been used to treat warts in locations as diverse as China and Scandinavia. It contains two compounds, betulin and betulinic acid, that have proven antiviral properties. Birch oil also contains high levels of salicylates (salicylic acid), which has been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration in the United States) for the treatment of warts.
Salicylic acid (pronounced sal-i-SILL-ik AS-id) is used to treat many skin disorders, including acne, dandruff, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis of the skin and scalp, calluses, corns, common warts, and plantar warts. It should be noted here that different conditions require different dosages, different strengths of preparation, and types of application.
Again we took a well known natural oil high in L-Lysine and used scientific principles to flood the oil with oxygen that kills the Herpes virus.
Not only do we use oxygen to kill the virus we also added L- Lysine. According to herpes researcher Christopher Kagan, M.D:
"Early studies using laboratory cultures demonstrated that L-arginine was necessary for herpes growth," Kagan stated, "It soon became clear that another amino acid, L-lysine, blocked the bio-availability of arginine. By 1981, Dr. Griffith had demonstrated that lysine concentrations similar to those found in human blood could suppress herpes growth in lab cultures."
The preferable method of use is to apply the cream sparingly to the affected area twice a day. Do not wash off. Ideally, the skin should be hydrated for at least five minutes prior to application.
